Serious games: experience the change before it happens
In a serious game, teams make decisions that take years and cost a lot of money in real life. They immediately see the effect, and above all how their choices affect their colleagues.
Ask about the optionsThe Electrification Challenge
Teams run a transport company with a diesel fleet. Each round is one year. They decide which vehicles go electric, how and when to charge, and whether to invest in solar panels, a battery or a larger grid connection.
- The planner keeps an eye on trips and charging moments
- The fleet manager chooses vehicles, purchase or lease, and chargers
- The energy manager handles the grid connection, solar, battery and contract
Events such as grid congestion, rising diesel prices or a new zero-emission zone make every year different. After each round, every team and role sees its costs, planning reliability and CO2 emissions.
