Privacy statement
FleetPlanning is a service of Alta Training & Consultancy. This statement explains which data is processed and why.
When you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as your name, company and question. I only use this data to contact you about your question. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your question.
The website itself does not collect or store any data. I keep messages for up to one year after our last contact, unless they lead to an assignment.
Data for an Energy Scan or training
Trip data, metering data and other company data are only used for the agreed assignment. Driver names are not needed; please leave them out. We agree on confidentiality and retention in writing beforehand.
Cookies and visitor data
This website uses no cookies and loads no fonts, scripts or analytics from third parties. The web host keeps technical log files for security purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data by emailing maarten@fleetplanning.eu. If you disagree with how your data is handled, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.
